The Relief Drive for Western North Carolina is now moving into a new direction. We are asking for monetary donations for WESTERN HOMES REBUILD to assist in providing new homes for those who lost their homes to Hurricane Helene.
Donation of food and clothing has been suspended at this time.

LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING
The church is accepting donations for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering now through the month of November. Envelopes are in the pews. Donations may also be mailed in by check, payable to Jessup Grove Baptist Church with LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING in the memo line. Jessup Grove Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1367, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041.

CHOIR PRACTICE
We are practicing the Christmas Cantata Wednesday evenings at 8:00 pm. We are also practicing this Sunday (11/17) afternoon at 4:30 pm.. Please come join us.

COMMITTEE GUIDELINES
The church is asking all committees to create guidelines for their committee. We would like these guidelines to be ready by January and turned in to the Deacons.

CHICKEN PIES
The Baptist Women are making Chicken Pies! $10.00 each! If you would like to order some pies, please let Lesley Palmer (336-351-3052) know.

CROSSTRAINING MINISTRY THANKSGIVING MEAL
Tuesday, November 19th, the church is providing a Thanksgiving meal to those to whom Jadee Gilley's Ministry - CrossTraining - is ministering to weekly.
Volunteers are invited to help:
2:30 - 3:30 Prepare food plates (Fellowship Hall)
3:30 - 4:30 Finish food plate preparation and prepare for transport (Fellowship Hall). Transport to the South Westfield Ruritan Club, 2121 Cook School  Road.
4:30 - 5:30  Pass out food plates, pray for and/or with those who come  (South Westfield Ruritan Club, 2121 Cook School  Road)

THANKSGIVING BAGS
Thanksgiving Bags for Pilot Mountain Outreach are due here at the church by Sunday, November 24th. Be sure to put hams in the refrigerator.

BAPTIST MEN COINS FOR A CAUSE
The Baptist Men have placed a container at the back of the church for you to contribute your loose change for the ongoing Coins for a Cause fundraiser. Your coin donations are opportunities to financially participate in the various 2024 Baptist Men's mission projects.

BEVERAGES IN THE SANCTUARY:
We ask that you not bring beverages into the Sanctuary - the carpet is getting stained. This request is per the protocol approved by the church several years ago. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

RESERVING THE FACILITIES:  Reservation Requests for the Fellowship Hall or the Picnic Shelter are now made thru Ricky or Leslie Palmer (see church directory for phone number).
