NC MISSIONS OFFERING
We will be accepting donations for the NC Missions Offering through the month of September. Donation envelopes are in the pews. (Online viewers - checks may be mailed to Jessup Grove Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1367, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041. Please note 'NC Missions Offering' in the memo line.)

SENIOR GATHERING
The Seniors of the church will meet Wednesday, September 18th, at 11 am. Bring a dish or snack to share. We will have food, music, devotion, and games. Please bring a small prize for the games.

SURRY BAPTIST MEN PANCAKE BREAKFAST

The Surry Baptist Men will have a Pancake Breakfast Saturday, September 21st, 7 am to 10 am at Calvary Baptist Church. Donations only! Proceeds go to the Surry Baptist Handyman Ministries. Take out or Dine in. Calvary Baptist Church, 314 S. Franklin Road, Mt. Airy.

YOUTH GAME NIGHT
Youth Game Night Sunday, September 22nd, 5 pm to 7 pm. There will be snacks and drinks. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Atkins.

MUSIC IN THE PARK

Music in the Park, Sunday, September 29th,  4 pm to 7 pm, at the Armfield Civic Center Amphitheater - 873 W 52 Byp, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041. Music, Food, Face-painting, and Yard Games. Special Guests Jonathan Bledsoe, Anointed by Grace, and David Goins. Hosted By Westfield Baptist Church. (Help is needed working that day or any way you can help. Let Brian Aman know if you can help.)

CHICKEN STEW
We will have a Chicken Stew October 19th at 4 pm with fellowship, games, hayride, chicken stew, hot dogs, and desserts.

COMMITTEE GUIDELINES
The church is asking all committees to create guidelines for their committee. We would like these guidelines to be ready by January and turned in to the Deacons.

BAPTIST WOMEN
If you would like to help with preparing meals for the shut-ins, let someone in the Baptist Women know. We would appreciate your help.

BAPTIST MEN COINS FOR A CAUSE
The Baptist Men have placed a container at the back of the church for you to contribute your loose change for the ongoing Coins for a Cause fundraiser. Your coin donations are opportunities to financially participate in the various 2024 Baptist Men's mission projects.

BEVERAGES IN THE SANCTUARY:
We ask that you not bring beverages into the Sanctuary - the carpet is getting stained. This request is per the protocol approved by the church several years ago. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

RESERVING THE FACILITIES:  Reservation Requests for the Fellowship Hall or the Picnic Shelter are now made thru Ricky or Leslie Palmer (see church directory for phone number).

PRAYER TEAM - PRAYER REQUESTS   Sanctuary Prayer Request Cards may be placed in the Offering Plate, on the altar during the Time of Invitation, or in the Prayer Box upon exiting the sanctuary. On-line Prayer Requests may be submitted via email here. Please use 'Prayer Request' in the subject line.
