God Loves you

Jesus Christ came to this earth over 2000 years ago. He came to do the will of the Father. John 6:40 tells us "that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day."

Jessup Grove Baptist Church, established in 1944, is part of the Surry Baptist Association and a member of the NC Baptist State Convention.

ignite the fire

We pray  everyone would have a heart-felt fire for Jesus Christ. Our prayers include both members of the church and those who are seeking. Our members are happy to help disciple those who are just starting out in their walk with the Lord. The church offers Sunday School Classes for all ages and Small Group Bible Studies as opportunities for each of us to grow and to walk closer with the Lord.

we do outreach

We have various events throughout the year to reach out to both the Community and to those within the membership. We have Community Meals, Easter Egg Hunts and Trunk-or-Treat events, Mission Trips and Operation In-as-Much projects.
